Purpleheart and Maple Orthodox Wall Cross

Handmade Orthodox Wall Cross. Made from Purpleheart and inlayed with Flame Maple. Finished with a Foodsafe Hardwax finish, Keyhole slot for wall hanging.

Purpleheart is incredibly hard and dense, one of the first things you'll notice with this cross is how heavy it is for its size. The maple inlay provides a nice contrast and brightens the overall feel of the cross. Purpleheart is naturally purple in colour and takes its undertones from woods it's paired with quite nicely.

Measures 6” tall. Due to natural variations in wood the cross you receive may differ slightly in grain and colouring from the ones pictured
