Sapele Wood Orthodox Wall Cross

Handmade Orthodox wall cross, made from Sapele. Shop made softwax finish and keyhole cut in the back for wall hanging. Measures 9”x5”

Sapele is a wood similar to mahogany that is most commonly used in acoustic guitars. It has a lovely red/brown colour and a high amount of chatoyance that makes the cross shine as the light travels across it.

Due to natural variations in wood the cross you receive will differ in grain and colouring from the ones shown.
